Cancer Update from John Hopkins1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billi on. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just mea ns the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime

3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immun e system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cell s and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in ver y small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.B. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.

C. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

D. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables an d juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

E. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid kn own to xins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes . Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,
Essiac, anti-oxid ants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body’s own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s normal method of disp osing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spiri t. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor . Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

CANCER UPDATE FROM JOHN HOPKINS HOSPITAL , U. S. – PLEASE READ

1. No plastic containers in micro.

2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.
Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.
Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins a nd how bad they are for us.. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.
This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper . The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the mi c rowave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

This is an article that should be sent to anyone important in your life.

“We The People”

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

It is not to any small measure that our founding fathers started out with these three words, our constitution does not start with “we the president”, “we the Congress” or “we the supreme court”. They had the foresight to relegate the lives of ourselves to ourselves, not to the bureaucratic bullshit that has become our Government.

Things like “homeland security” is likening to stealing the very liberties our fathers fought with their lives, just for the sake of future generations. We must stand up for all that is ours. “we the people in order to form a more Perfect union”. We must not allow the forces of bullshit to steal away our Liberties!! Does not the constitution guarantee “life liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”!!?

We the people must wake up from our slumber or wake up one day with the Yoke of oppression around our necks. “wake up America”!!!!!! Remember it is your patriotic duty to uphold our constitution and the Declaration of independence. do not suffer fools quietly!!!!!

Support our troops!! Not the bullshit war they are fighting!!!! or the Bullshit politics that are scarier than any could possible believe. I am a patriot, I will fight for our rights as long as we have breath in our Lungs and desire to be free!!

we the people

Nigerian Scammer ALERT!

Monday, April 7th, 2008

NIGERIAN SCAMMER ALERT – Most Nigerian men steal a pic someplace like some modelling site disguise themselves as pretty girls…Especially for u men don’t get caught in the net cos this site is being used by a scammer. I can guarantee you he is Nigerian man, and most likely a black man between the ages of 22-27. They work in groups in internet cafe’s . They give you stories about sick parents, someone in the hospital, they import/export computer parts, contractor, etc….BULLSHIT!! They are SCAMMERS!! They will all for your msn or yahoo to chat and ask for your bank and bank accounts. Some don’t even what’s written in the letter coz they stole that too and it has spelling mistakes. They don’t understand the comments we post on their sites and they don’t delete them. They will also tell you at some point that they have checks to cash, and that Nigerian banks do not deal with American money..NOT TRUE!! OR they will say they have a hospital bill to pay (NOT TRUE), in Nigeria you have to pre-pay when you go to a hospital. OR they will say they have a hotel bill to pay, again NOT TRUE, also have to pre-pay for hotels. They will TRY just about anything to get money out of you!! IF you except a cashiers check, OR postal money order from one of these scammers, (they will try to convince you that they can’t cash it, and would you), IF you do so, yes, your bank will cash it, and you Western Union the money to them, THEN about 10 days later you’ll be getting a call from your bank telling you the check/checks were fraudulent, and YOU will be responsible for paying the money back. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL who you talk to!! If we all work together we CAN put a stop to these morons!!! Leave a comment on the scammer’s site for others to know and report them. I do that too. Good people will be grateful.

“Where Have All the Leaders Gone?” book excerpt

Saturday, April 5th, 2008

Remember Lee Iacocca? The man who rescued Chrysler Corporation from its’
death throes?  He has a new book, “Where Have All the Leaders Gone?”,  and
 here are some excerpts:
         _____________________________________________________________

Lee Iacocca Says: “Am I the only guy in this country who’s fed up with

what’s happening?  Where the hell is our outrage?  We should be screaming
bloody murder.  We’ve got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of
state right over a cliff, we’ve got corporate gangsters stealing us blind,
and we can’t even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car.
But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads wh en
the politicians say, “Stay the course” Stay the course?  You’ve got to be
kidding.  This is America , not the damned “Titanic“.  I’ll give you a sound
bite: “Throw all the bums out!” You might think I’m getting senile, that
I’ve gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up.  I
 hardly recognize this country anymore.

The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in
handcuffs.  While we’re fiddling in Iraq , the Middle East is burning and
nobody seems to know what to do.  And the press is waving ‘pompoms’ instead
of asking hard questions.  That’s not the promise of the ” America ” my
parents and yours traveled across the ocean for I’ve had enough.  How about
you? These are not brand new problems that have just started in the last few
 years.

I’ll go a step further. You can’t ca ll yourself a patriot if you’re not
outraged.  This is a fight I’m ready and willing to have.  The Biggest “C”
is Crisis! Leaders are made, not born.  Leadership is forged in times of
crisis.  It’s easy to sit there with your feet up on the desk and talk
theory.  Or send someone else’s kids off to war when you’ve never seen a
battlefield yourself.  It’s another thing to lead when your world comes
 tumbling down.

On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in
our history.  We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes.  A Hell
of a Mess.  So here’s where we stand.  We’re immersed in a bloody war with
no plan for winning and no plan for leaving.  We’re running the biggest
deficit in the history of the country.  We’re losing the manufacturing edge
to Asia , while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health
care costs.  Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent
energy policy.  Our schools are in trouble.  Our borders are like sieves.
The middle class is being squeezed every which way.  These are times that
cry out for leadership.  But when you look around, you’ve got to ask: “Where> have all the leaders gone?”

Where are the curious, creative communicators?
Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and
 common sense?

I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point. Name me a
leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off
our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo?  We’ve spent billions of
dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react
to things that have already happened.

Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina.
Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the
hurricane, or demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in
the crucial hours after the storm.  Everyone’s hunkering down, fingers
crossed, hoping it doesn’t happen again.  Now, that’s just crazy.  Storms
happen.  Deal with it.  Make a plan.  Figure out what you’re going to do the
 next time.

Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can
restore our competitive edge in manufacturing.  Who would have believed that
there could ever be a time when “The Big Three” referred to Japanese car
companies?  How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do
 about it?

Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the
; debt, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The
silence is deafening.  But these are the crises that are eating away at our
country and milking the middle class dry.

I have news for the gang in Congress.  We didn’t elect you to sit on your
asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked
and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity.  What is everybody so
afraid of?  That some bonehead on Fox News will call them a name?  Give me a
break.  Why don’t you guys show some spine for a change? Had Enough?

Hey, I’m not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here.  I’m trying to
light a fire.  I’m speaking out because I have hope.  I believe
in America .  In my lifetime I’ve had the privilege of living through some of
America ‘s greatest moments.  I’ve also experienced some of our worst crises:
the “Great Depression“, “World War II“, the “Korean War“, the “Kennedy
Assassination”, the “Vietnam War“, the 1970s oil crisis, and the struggles
of recent years culminating with 9/11.  If I’ve learned one thing, it’s
this: “You don’t get anywhere by standing on the sidelines  waiting for
 somebody else to take action.

Whether it’s building a better car or building a better future for our
children, we all have a role to play.  That’s the challenge I’m
raising in this book.  It’s a call to “Action” for people who, like me,
believe in America .  It’s not too late, but it’s getting pretty close.

So let’s shake off the crap and go to work.  Let’s tell ’em all we’ve had
 “enough.”
